In our modern day life many of us forget to pause, to be and to connect with the heart and body.  I offer you an invitation to step forward in a whole new experience of connecting with nature and connecting with yourself.

I live in a beautiful part of the world – magical Somerset where the land comes alive through the seasons – from autumn which is the season for letting go, winter the season for rest, contemplation and preparing the mind and body for something. Spring brings us a new awakening and rebirth. Summer brings as light, warmth and radiance.

​Imagine walking the paths of beautiful somerset surrounded by wild flowers, open landscape, beautiful old trees and walking your own theme of love, confidence, leadership, or authentic – or something that your heart is calling you forward right now.

Perhaps it may simply be a gift to yourself to escape the hectic London busy work and lifestyle, maybe you need some time just to yourself connecting to nature, or perhaps you want to bring a loving focus to light up a goal or a dream.

A new day – a message from your heart and soul to you

As the sun begins to wake up and shines it’s beautiful light across the ancient landscape also know that there is a light within you which is awakening. It is beginning to shine it’s light across your eternal landscape.

Yet you continue to hide. You continue to restrict your life out of fear, waiting for others to see your light before you give yourself permission to fully show up. Oh dear child. You will wait a thousand years before this is happens!

So today, treat it as a new day, a re-birth. A new beginning. An awakening of the deepest part of you. Honour who you are. Honour your gifts which I bestowed on thee. Do not look to the mirror for someone’s reflection.  Look into the mirror and see your reflection. 

Pause and look in the mirror now. Look into your reflection. Do you see what I see? Can you see beyond the ego, the doubts and the fears. Can you see the gift which I gave you to light the world. Can you see you are made of love and are in fact love. 

I see that you not able yet to experience the full breath of my love. My presence. You retreat into barren lands, yet how you yearn me so!
Upon this new day, find your own inner voice. Find your  pathway to the eternal gifts upon this treasure hunt of life. 

On this new day welcome your gifts and light like a long lost friend who was lost out upon the landscape of life. Welcome with open arms, a curious mind and loving heart. 

​Be who you are. Not the reflection of someone else. Be you. For just as each sunrise and sunset is unique for they each have a different energy, light, tone and colour you are also unique. With your own light, gifts, presence and energy. When you truly begin to honour these gifts you will stop yearning what others have, how others are showing up in the world and you will find your own foot steps which well leave the footprints of love. 

​So today dearest child step forward as the sun rises. Be who you are. And welcome home to your presence, love and inheritance in this world. You are ready.

Let’s release who we think we should be and release our wild precious self out upon the ancient land.
Dismantle the protective shield to allow others into our hearts.
Let our hearts dance to the melody of our soul. Dance wild and free like the ancient ones before us.
As we walk with our feet connecting to mother earth let’s leave the footprints of love to follow us and to guide us.

The format for the walking meditation retreat

The walking meditation retreats are half day, full day or two days. 

Location and transport

The nearest train station is Castle Cary in Somerset (has a direct train from London Paddington). Transport will be organised.

If you are driving location will be advised.
