As a hypnotherapist I work with people who are dyslexic to help them to overcome fear and anxiety of learning.
I am also dyslexic myself so understand the frustration of knowing you are intelligent, yet find it difficult to read, write, spell, organise written thoughts and to memorise.
When I decided to return to study psychology, hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy in my early 30s I was also greeted with an high level of fear and anxiety relating to studying.
If you are dyslexic you will understand how frustrating it is live with dyslexic at times and there is naturally stress, anxiety and fear relating to studying and the workplace and many dyslexics excel at covering up their dyslexia.
But this can cause even more anxiety, stress and fear.
If you are currently studying or thinking of signing up for a course, and would like some assistance to help control the feelings of confusion, anxiety, fear, fear of failure, low confidence and self esteem and transform them to increased confidence and self esteem, feelings of calmness, relaxation and clarity to help you create the freedom to be all that you are capable in life please do contact me and find out about my dyslexia hypnotherapy and how it can help you.
