Linda's workshops in London
Linda's workshops will help you to be inspired, motivated and create a happier and more balanced life for you.
The approach is an experiential one, meaning that each participant will take an active part in the process, to the level of comfort for you. Linda works with participants in a holistic way, working with the mind and body.
Each workshop is limited to a small number of attendees to enable everyone to speak to Linda (either as part of the group or if you prefer in a private space).
Linda is also excited to announce that she will also be organising some mini-retreat weekend away - to find out more speak to Linda or subscribe to Linda's newsletter.
What to wear / bring
Please wear comfortable loose clothing. Fruit, water, juice and herbal tea will be available.
If you wish, please bring a paper and pen to make notes.
Handouts will be available as an email copy (Linda is environmentally friendly!)
