The reflection and movement day is a unique opportunity for you to take stock of you life. To slow down and just be. To focus on what is important. To reflect. To put your life into perspective. To create movement. To connect with your body, heart and centre.
During the day we will go for a walk. Sit. Meditate. Talk. Move. Reflect. Be.
The day is a personal 1-2-1 experience or for couples.
Reflection - You will have space and time during the day to reflect on may different areas of your life. Work, relationships, success, happiness, joy and happiness. To think about where you are now and where you want to be. Being in nature, slowing down and meditating helps to get life back into perspective and to see things as they are truly are.
Movement - From a place of reflection comes movement. The courage to create change and movement in your life. To use the intelligence of your heart to guide your way. As we walk through the beautiful countryside with mindfulness you will connect with each part of your body and feel the movement and change you want to make in your life and take the action to achieve this.
Come and be you. We will have deep meaningful conversations while we walk. We will meditate in nature and connect to the earth. There will be space for you to reflect.
You will discover the importance of slowing down and just being. When you slow down you have the ability to become more creative, have more clarity and enjoy more success.
