Linda at the London Hypnotherapy and Counselling Centre is running a Mindfulness workshop in London to a limited number of people with two classes over a month period. As a counsellor, coach, hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner, Linda brings with her a wealth of knowledge and understanding to help you to build the gap between your mind and body, to create an inner calmness and create a place for you to more compassionate to yourself. If you are ready to shift your way of thinking, stress and anxiety Linda can show you the path to calmness, peacefulness and joy. Worried you won't have time to meditate each day? No problem, Linda will show you effective meditation processes which do not have to take up too much of your time. Linda incorporates meditation, breathing techniques, poetry and visualisations into the mindfulness workshop to enhance the experience and process. This workshop is about teaching an old tradition to fit into our modern day lifestyles providing you with meditations for 5 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes which you can incorporate easily into your life. What is mindfulness Mindfulness is the ability to be present in the moment, rather than worrying about your future or feeling anxious about your past. Mindfulness helps us to accept what is happening, and to create awareness of how we feel in our body. Mindfulness can help with a range of issues such as: * Depression * Anxiety * Stress * Insomnia * Worry * Medical conditions * Emotional issues * Phobias * Addictions About Linda Connors Linda is a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor and is interested in Eastern philosophy and way of life. She has been on many meditation retreats and workshops and helps people within her work to become more mindful in a natural way, to stop the negative energy worrying about the past and to be anxious about the future.
