What is Mindfulness medititation
Mindfulness is a mind and body approach to emotional and physical well-being which has the capacity to help you change the way you experience and think about your past, present and future. Mindfulness itself is not a technique, it is simply a way of being.
The core of mindfulness meditation which helps you to pay attending to the present moment, which then helps you to be aware of your feelings, thoughts, feeling and bodily sensations at this very moment in time.
Linda's approach to Mindfulness meditation utilities many different approaches such as breathe work, meditation, visualisations, awareness and focus. To start practising mindfulness all you need is 10 - 15 minutes each day.
How mindfulness meditation can help you
Do you find it difficult to cope with modern day pressures or worry and feel anxious about the past or future? When you get into this state you move out of "this present moment" and use your energy to focus on the wrong things, things you can't change or things that haven't even happened yet. When that happens we miss out on all what is happening NOW.
This is where mindfulness meditation can help. By practising mindfulness meditation helps to achieve acceptance and understanding what has happened, your thoughts and how you are feeling.
Using the breath helps you to flow back in your body and create a space for NOW.

By achieving and reaching a state of being clear and present it is much easier to see things clearly and to perceive things with new insights and understanding - which helps to develop new behaviours and ways of being for a much happier, fulfilled and wonderful life.
