What causes Depression
Depression is caused by a number of things such as biological, environment, social and emotional well-being.
Life is naturally filled with ups and downs, events and experiences which impact how you feel. It’s natural to feel sad, upset or a little low at times especially after a traumatic experience or event such as divorce, death of a loved one, redundancy, relationship breakdown, childhood experiences or stressful events. When you do not have the inner resources to deal with these experiences or feelings they can manifest to depression.
