Each morning we awake to a new light. Each night we surrender into the dark. We can learn from this natural dance of life of light and dark.
Let the light awake you and lead your way. Let yourself surrender into the dark and allow it to simply be there.
Light and darkness are both equal.
Sadness, joy, happiness and anxiety and depression. One emotion is no more important than the other. It's our attachment to them that makes the anxiety linger, the sadness to pour and the depression to go deep.
The happiness becomes a butterfly that we are always trying to catch. These emotions simply live in this human home showing us how powerful we can feel - but it's our attachment, resistance or fear that gives them their power.
Become aware how you dance with your own lightness and darkness. What do you push aside, avoid, or hide from.
The human psyche and soul is interesting and fascinating. The more we run from something the more it persists. The more we accept and acknowledge something it naturally becomes more softer, gentle and at ease.
